Wheelchair Service
Take advantage of our
complimentary wheelchair service, available to
all customers with mobility concerns. Visit the
Centre Management office to arrange your
wheelchair hire.
Parenting Room
Our parenting room is located in
the food court next to Golden Phoenix Chinese.
The facilities include a children's toilet,
nappy changing bench, a microwave plus a private
feeding room.
Parking
There's over 1300 parking bays at Phoenix
including 60% undercover, so you can stay dry in
winter and cool in summer. There are also 11
disabled bays plus 6 parenting bays, all located
conveniently across our car parks.
Customer Lift
As part of the Centre's recent southern car park upgrade, a customer lift is now available for customer use to help make your shopping
visit to Phoenix even easier.

Public
telephones are located in the food
court, outside Betts and outside
Woolworths Liquor. Coins and phone
cards are accepted at these outlets.

Taxi Cab Spot Location
A Swan Taxi cab spot
location is conveniently located outside the
Australia Post Office. The cab spot number is
1061 so quote this when you book your taxi. A
taxi rank is located at the base of the
pedestrian ramp in the northern undercover car
park and a booking needs to be made for a pick
up at this location.
Banking &
Postal Services
Phoenix has ATM's from
most major banks as well as branches for ANZ and
BankWest. You'll also be able to make bill
payments and conduct all your postal needs at
the Australia Post office.
Lost and
Found Property
A lost and
found register is kept at the Centre
Management office however, Coles,
Woolworths and Big W also have lost
and found registers for items lost
or found within their stores.
Braille Assistance
Phoenix continues to serve
the community and recently introduced Braille
restroom signage, so all our customers can
access our amenities
with ease.
